Hello. I live in front of Renaissance hotel in 8005. The apartment is on the second floor, in a new building, big open kitchen, big terrasse,with one bedroom and one small room for storage inside the flat. Parking place in the garage is also possible. 58 sqm inside + 23 sqm terrace. It is possible to take over some of the furniture. I would like to move to a smaller place, max budget 1750 chf.
