Swap! Central 3.5-Room Apartment in Oerlikon for a 4.5/5.5

I am looking to swap my current 3.5-room apartment in Oerlikon (near Marktplatz) for a bigger one in the same Kreis (4.5 or more). The rent in my current apartment is 2.279 CHF/month, including Nebenkosten. It has one big bedroom, a smaller one, one bathroom, a very spacious living area, a balcony and a functional kitchen. It's location is perfect: 5 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from Migros and Aldi. School, Kitta, Gym... all just a few steps away. I am looking for a bigger apartment for my family, with at least 3 bedrooms in Oerlikon, not far from the train station and the stores. Ideally, with 2 bathrooms and an outside space.
