Einfamilienhaus mit Garten

Hi there! I’m thinking about changing my flat, which was completely renovated just 2.5 years ago. It’s such a wonderful space, ideal for a couple or a small family. The house has one big main bedroom + 1 smaller (10 m2) second room + livingroom and open fitted kitchen. (Kitchen is belongs to the flat including with a fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven) It also has 1 big bathroom, one small guest toilet, and a shoe room. The garden is perfect for summer BBQs, and it’s been so much fun growing tomatoes there for the past two years! I’ve had no issues with anything. The heating is working perfectly. Overall it’s been a fantastic home. In addition to the house, there is a downstairs shed (private keller, 8 metre2), shared bicycle room and a one-car closed private garage. The neighbors are very lovely. The neighborhood is very silent and peaceful. 13 min. walk to passing Bahnhof and Arcaden shopping Center. If you are interested, I’d love to hear from you! Unfortunately, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rent: 1.800 cold, 2.100 warm, I pay 30 euro for electricity and 40 euro for internet. WHAT IM LOOKING: I live alone and travel a lot. Therefore, I would like to have a smaller, cheaper house (warm miete MAX 1.300 euro) with a fitted kitchen and balcony OR garden.
