Hi,
da sich unsere WG wegen eines Umzugs auflöst, suche ich eine neue Wohnung, bevorzugt in Wedding oder Neukölln und Umgebung. Da die Konstellation in der ich/wir umziehen würde, noch nicht ganz feststeht, bin ich bei der Größe erstmal flexibel, solange die neue Wohnung mind. zwei Zimmer hat.
Umzugszeitpunkt wäre bestenfalls Mitte August/Anfang September.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer (25qm, 16qm, 12qm), Küche, Bad, eine kleine Abstellkammer, Kellerabteil und einen Südbalkon. Sie wurde vor wenigen Jahren saniert und hat Parkett und eine neue Einbauküche vom Vermieter. Im Sommer/Herbst wird vom Vermieter auf Fernwärme umgestellt, sodass die Nebenkosten nochmal günstiger werden sollten.
Unsere Wohnung ist günstig angebunden an U7, U3, Ring- und Stadtbahn. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte, Drogerien und weitere Einkaufs- und Kulturmöglichkeiten am Kudamm.

Hi,
since our shared flat is dissolving due to a move, I am looking for a new flat, preferably in Wedding or Neukölln and the surrounding area. Since the constellation in which I/we would move has not yet been decided, we would be flexible with sizes 2 rooms and upwards.
The best time to move would be mid-August/early September.
The flat has three rooms (25 sqm, 16 sqm, 12 sqm), a kitchen, a bathroom, a small storage room, a cellar compartment and a south-facing balcony. It was renovated a few years ago and has parquet flooring and a new fitted kitchen from the landlord. In summer/autumn, the landlord will switch to district heating, so that the additional costs should become even cheaper.
Our flat has good connections to the U7, U3, Ringbahn and Stadtbahn. Supermarkets, drugstores and other shopping and cultural opportunities are within walking distance on the Kudamm.
