We are offering our spacious flat in Kollwitzkiez against either 1 smaller and cheaper flat, or in ideal case against two smaller flats. The flat is 80m2, has to big rooms, separate big kitchen, and big bathroom. There is a storage room in the flat, and also a basement. Altogether with the basement and all utility costs it's around 1900 EUR per month. Our contract is unlimited.
