Our apartment is located on a small, quiet street, just a 5-minute walk from the S+U Schönhauser Allee station. The area is well-connected and surrounded by numerous supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences. The apartment features one room, a separate spacious kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. *Important*: Since June, the entire building has been undergoing renovations due to water damage. While the work was originally expected to be completed by November, progress has been slower than anticipated, and the timeline remains uncertain. We hope to have more clarity soon, but for now, this apartment swap might only suit those who are flexible and willing to wait for the renovations to be finished. This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. However, as we are a couple and also own a grand piano, we are seeking a larger apartment.
