The apartment is recently renovated and is located in the facade building with an elevator on the 4th floor. The bedroom windows face the street and have a lovely view. High ceilings, wooden floor in bedroom and parket in living loom. Very warm in winter. Equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The area is very beautiful and quiet, with plenty of charming coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Mauer Park is a 7-minute walking distance, running track is 5 minutes away. The metro, tram and train are a 5-minute walk away. My partner and I would like to exchange for a bigger apartment as we expecting a baby and we both work from home
