Ich lebe erst seit zwei Jahren in meiner Wohnung, aber ich bin schon etwas länger auf der Suche nach einer größeren Wohnung mit 2 oder 3 Zimmern, da ich sehr viel im Homeoffice arbeite. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber schön und die Lage ist super - nur wenige Schritte vom Kanal und von Azzam entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Sonnenallee, aber es ist super leise, da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus ist. Trotz Hinterhaus ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Direkt vor der Tür fahren M41, 171, 194, M29 und Nachtbus ab. Zum Hermannplatz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß oder eine Station mit dem Bus. Zudem ist die Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten quasi endlos.
Heizkosten sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Modernisierte Fenster, Thermostat und super schöner Dielenboden. Kein Keller, aber dafür gibt es eine Badewanne.

I've been living in my flat for two years now and it's time to look for a bigger flat with 2 or 3 rooms, as I work most of the weekdays from home. The flat is small but nice and the location is great - just a few steps from the canal and Azzam. The building is located in Sonnenallee, but it is really quiet because it's in the back building and despite that it is still very bright, as you can see in the pics. M41, 171, 194, M29 and night buses leave directly in front of the door. Hermannplatz is only a few minutes away on foot or one stop by bus. In addition, the choice of bars, restaurants and supermarkets is endless.
Heating costs are not included in the nebenkosten. Modernised windows, thermostat and super nice floorboards. No cellar, but there is a bathtub.
