Bright and cozy apartment in Rixdorf Neukölln

The apartment was last renovated in 2018 and a new kitchen with mini dishwasher was fitted in 2022. It gets a lot of light and has high ceilings, which gives a very spacious feeling. People are often surprised to that it's only 55 sqm! The apartment is owned by Covivio - although it's an agency they've always been extremely quick to answer my queries. My partner and I are living separately at the moment in our own apartments, and are looking to move in together if we can find a place with 3+ rooms and 90+ sqm. We would aim move in May/June 2025. We have two apartments to swap, but would also be happy to swap only one of the two.
