Classic beautiful Altbau Berlin apartment - parquet floors - high ceilings. 2 bedrooms with a small room that could be storage or office. One bedroom opens to the living and the other is in the back of the house (very quiet). Both bedrooms are very spacious, so you could divide one or add a loft space. Seperate bathroom with bathtub. Fully equiped renovated kitchen, lounge, 1 small balcony. Second floor. Very central to all transport and bars/restaurants etc! Could be semi-furnished if needed (to discuss). 100m2. In many ways our apartment is perfect for us (2 adults, 1 child) - and previously we also ran a business from the back room (great for this!) - we also are lucky to have cheap rent that was also just reviewed. it's only that we are looking for something closer to work + Kita :). Ideally Kreuzberg, but open to a little further. Needs a terrace, balcony or garden ideally.
