Beautiful and bright south facing apartment with balcony

A beautiful and bright, south-facing apartment with a balcony on a quiet side street near popular Warschauer Strasse. There is an Italian restaurant, a greek restaurant, and three späti's in the vicinity, as well as the Commeniusplatz park. The apartment has a separate bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a large window, and also a hallway that is currently being used as a walk-in wardrobe. The ceilings are 3m high, and the wooden floorboards are in great condition. The cold rent is 450, and with bills (Betreibkosten, Electricity, GEZ and Internet) the total monthly cost is 630. The apartment really is wonderful but despite having everything I need, I am looking for somewhere with two rooms as I work from home frequently.
