Plus I have a cat, so pets should be allowed in the apartment. :) Preferably in PBerg, Mitte, or Fhain Offer a 2 room apartment in Charlottenburg, some details: - raised ground floor - EBK with a fee - 2 huge storage wardrobe for a fee - cellar - balcony, very sunny - Lidl/Netto 5min walk, Rewe/Edeka 10min walk - 7min walk to ringbahn and U7 - landlord deutsche wohnen cons: - next to the railway so it could be slightly loud, but it never bothered me - tpyical groud floor issues
